Dear Sir,
I have booked the Ticket from HYDERABAD to HOSPET and HOSPET to HYDERABAD on
07-03. The same were canceled on 09-03.
The details of Tickets are as follows
PNR No Dt of Jour. From To Dt ofBook Dt of Can
J22250751 - 11/03- HYDERABAD to HOSPET - 07/03 - 09-03
H22250752 - 14/03- HOSPET to HYDERABAD - 07/03 - 09-03
The booking payment is done thru OnlineSBI and my KSRTC Username is vijay._mantri
In the Booking History status is shown as "Cancelled" as well as refund amount is shown.
But till today I have received the money for only one ticket as Rs. 360. in my SBI account.
Even after more than one month of Cancellation I have not recd any money (Rs. 507.00) for one more ticket (PNR H22250752)
This is worst Customer Service I have seen in my life where Authorities are not ready to give simple response to the Customer.
So I kindly request you to look in the matter & refund the amount urgently.
Once I recd the response from like
"Respected Sir/Madam,
We have received your mail and the same will be verified and
necessary action will be taken to refund the amount. You are
requested to check up with the bank/statement of account for the
refund amount. In case amount is not received in in 7 working
days CALL: 080 – 22220386."
I have number of time on this phone but no one lifting phone.
