i had purchad a laptop compaq cq 40108tu on 8jan 09.fromsa infosys, bhubaneswar.the company was giving a camera on purchase as gift before 11jan 09.the same was not intimated while purchasing. Therefore i m deprived of the company gift.and felt cheated.the matter was taken with the dealer but remained silent.compaqs bhubaneswar rep. shri kaushik was contacted over phone but no result.hence planning to approach consumer court.pls advice.the nos of shri kaushik is 9937098118.
