Replacement of defective Refrigerato

Sir, I have bought a refrigerator of LG company from local dealer Eko electronics, patiala on Nov. 5. But after two months of purchase it had a problem of Gas choking. The problem got rectified by the local service centre by getting the refrigerator to their showroom. They returne it after two days. But the same problem occured in June then in October. IN oct i requested the company to make the replacement, but no body listend to my request. And LG's branch manager verbally promised me to replace the fridge when this same problem will occur in the future. But the same problem occured in january. and then in April. From April the service centre has taken my fridge to their centre. and from april till now there is no replacement or any information provided by the company. The company first asked me for paying 20% depriciation as the time of warranty was lapsed on Nov. Sir making no of calls, going personnaly to the dealer, to service centre does not make any help to me. At this time i am feeling very helpless and in a position like is there anyone who can listen to one's problem. I u can do anything for this please do tell me Sir.
