Myself Ex-defence (Navy) Senior Citizen, has purchased LG Microwave MC-808WAR from INCS-Mumbai same booked on 18/07 and was supposed to be delivered within one week but was delivered on 02/08 that too on my repeated inquiries the reason for delay was delivered to wrong party/address. For record I had made full payment & given completed address with contact details at the time of booking i.e. 18/07.
On receipt I contacted LG customer care and asked for some practical demo/ operating instructions.for information the packing of the product was opened by the demo instructor. During demo it was noticed that the door was miss aligned / vibrating when put into mode. For this the instructor asked me to complain the same to LG customer care. I did the same and after 2 days one technician visited who initially tried to convince me that this misalignment and vibrations is normal but when I asked him to come and visit with me to some mall or electronic shop where I can show him what is the problem, upon this he tried to repair the product but could not do anything much and left. I again made complaint to LG customer care and again another technician visited who suggested that since its a new product and you have not used it please get it replaced. So I contacted LG plus my dealer but till now no response
I am too old to run behind all these people, this is total negligence from staff
1stly delay in delivery and
2ndly wrong-defective product delivery
I have still not used the product and awaiting INCS a/LG response with corrective action.
