Firstly ur Customer Support Sucks as they dont hav an Ans of the Question asked to them the only thing they r trained 4 is to Say call after 2 Days and you will get a solution for your querry... As if they think we have all the time in this world for them... Secondly one can never trust on your bill as its never true every company earns some thing extra out of billing service provided but Loop can never be compared with any company and has already lost 50% prestige on this one... As now i dont have much time or else wud have made a book of complaints...
