I booked E71 Y gsm mobile through naaptol.com but I received wrong product that is Nipex NE71, same time I have paid the amount of Rs. 2699/- to the courier person.

So I returned the wrong product by Bluedart courier airway bill no. 12710239194 dt. 16.4.10 which is delivered to your company dated 17.4.10 that is received by Mr. Aslam.

I had a talk with your representative, who ensured me about the booked mobile that I will get it within 10 days but still I am awaiting and worry about this.

Please send me the product Or return my money as soon as possible.
