Non Reciept of Gift

Dear Sir,

this is to inform you that I have purchased HP Pavillion notebook (NB HP DV 1102 TU on 15 th of January. I was supposed to get a Home Theatre of Philips.

As I have Physically submitted all the required documents includinICICI Bank at par cheque (501683) of 1499 on 16th of January at Okhla office.

My Rdemption code was S8C3HKMLFY.

But after compltion of said period of 42 days I have not recieved my above mentioned gift.

Please give the reason for delayand current status.
