Dear sir, I have my A/C in OBC bank (Gill road Ludhiana) since last 3 years. My passbook was lost and in response to that i wrote a letter to the manager of OBC bank. When i went there to get the new pass book after submitting the form the manager replied that i have prepared your passbook but i would not issue to you unless and until you submit the address proof.
My A/C is in the bank for last 3 years and when the A/C was opened i submitted all the documnets which led to the opening of my A/C. in between these 3 years i have submitted the documents many times, Still i am facing the problem and they are forcing me again and again. this is really harrashment of the consumer who is availing the service of the bank fro 3 years.
