Hi,
I had purchased panasonic Cordless Phone phone from Reliance Digital, and after the same within weeks time it stopped ringing on the incoming call.
When I approach Reliance Digital to replace or repair the phone, they inform me that it is not their responsibilty and i can approach to panasonic company if they want any repair in the phone.
I had asked them to show demo, they had not shown me too.
Mr. Sanjay Singh in the reliance Digital Customer care department is not having ethiques to talk with customer too and was not giving satisfactory answers to my questions.
If reliance is keeping the phones to their stores then why they are not taking the responsibility of the product servicing or replacement of the product? then why should anyone approach Reliance Digital to purchase any product if they are not keeping their words?
Please help me in replacing my phone with the new one.
