Delay in getting bill

I got a sms today in the forenoon mentioning that my detail of billl rs 8773.58 with due date of 12.06.09 has been sent and will reach to u within 7 days. is it not funny and cheap tactis to harass a consumer to send sns one day after due date and mentioning that will reach in 7 days. i feel it below standard of a international bank to behave like this. if i am forced to py a single penny more i will fierst cancel my card and then go to consumer court alsoto court and ge
