I travel with airfrance on 5th jun from Philadelphia (USA) to Delhi via Paris . due to wrong tag was placed on my baggage it didnt reached delhi, they took 1 week to trace my bag after constant reminder on 12 th of jun.
what i found in my baggage
1) 7-8cms tear in bag
2) choclates worth around $30 was missing
3) a dinning plate of fibre was broken.
when i talked to them they asked to do email.
i sended constant e mail, reminder
but to find no response.
what should i do
any responce would be highly appreciated. thanku
