Non receiving of ordered book & the amount for the purchase of the ordered book debited in my credit card

I have orederd a book on 15.12.2009 by using my credit card, still now i cannot received the ordered book from india today book club, and the amount Rs2199/- is debited from my credit card.

I want the current status of the ordered book.
