1.2.During Jun/ Jul I had ordered through SMS for books&Reebok Sunglasses (order No : 090060693) and on 05 Aug 09, First flight couries of Chennai had info me about the parcel b ut till date not delivered.(Parcel booking No : 7770038494) 2. Again 0n 08 Dec 09 sent aHDFC bank Cheque No 158260 for Rs 2199/- for further books & free gifts and some courier service had contacted my residence about the parcel (Ref No ITBC-08793380) but the parcel has not been delivered till date. I have sent a number of complaint letter and e-mails but no reply has been received.
