I subscribed for INDIA TODAY magazine in August for 5 years, which included a complimentary gift of 'SPEEDO SUNGLASSES'. After 20 months of elapsed time and several repeated requests, I still haven't received my gift.
My subscription is valid till 25/08. I have the letter from 'INDIA TODAY GROUP' acknowledging my payment for subscription and it clearly commits the gift within 10 days of the letter (dated: 17/08/09).
I have faced a lot of harrasment & agony all through this time.
