My supplier sent a courier to me via DTDC, shipment number B72817668, on 18 Aug. When I did not receive the courier till 24 Aug, I tracked it on the DTDC website and saw that the status was 'Delivered', on 23 Aug noon. I was at home at that time and had not received any coureir, nor had the security guards at the gate. I called the Gurgaon Apex office and registered complaint number 729766, and they kept saying will send the DRS report to me in 1 hour, then 2 hours, and wasted the whole day. I also called the DTDC franchisee who was supposed to deliver the package to me and he said he had my packet, but could not deliver as security sent him back. I kept asking him to come and deliver, but he also kept saying my boys are not here. When I asked him to describe the packet, he gave a description not matching the supplier's. I think he has stolen or lost it. No one is cooperating at any of the offices and I am confused whom to approach now. Please help.
