They sent an SMS that my items have been shipped using DTDC Consignment F06557834
When I tracked the consignment on 21 May on DTDC website, They told me that the items have been damaged I didnot recieved any of the items.
Inspite of my various complaints by email and phone to Yebhi.com, they till date have not given any resoution.
Their customer service is worst and they don't track previous customer communication history and on each call/email, they open a new incident and it all begins again.
It has been 10 times at least, they keep you on IVR for more than 30 minutes once you press 2 for order status on number 011-33004444 thay you have to disconnect the call in frustration.
I want to taking a hard action against DTDC.
