I had sent a courier to my hometown with my original driving license in it. The courier guy lost the courier and now they are telling me that I can claim only 100 Rs. as mentioned on the courier receipt. I had sent that courier with utmost trust on DTDC but they did not take good care of it and lost it in transition. I have lost such a valuable document of mine and there's a lot of expenses I have to bear on transportation, since I cannot drive. I have logged a complaint with DTDC # 673168 but no output has come. I need justice because even if DTDC been careless and still they are showing attitude.
