Very poor services

I have booked a parcel threw DTDC courier indore branch threw air cargo, on 2nd april from indore to ranchi, they promice me to deleiverd to aprcel at ranchi on 6th, my parcel is urgent thats why i booked air cargo, but till date my parcel is not delivered, apart from delivery company parson told me your no is not reachable and given me some hanky pankuy answer, its very painfull for me, because my printed marriage card in parcel and marriage is going to happen in 26th but till date invitation is not reach ay my home
