Non delivery of consignment on time

Sir,

I have booked Prime Time Plus service in DTDC Courier. Where i booked consignment to agra, .

Because i have paid 175 rps. So it should be reach on or before 12pm on 29 aug, But till now i am waiting for my consignment.
