We are residents of G-123, Madhuranagar, Yusuf guda, Hyderabad, opp. Krishna kanth Park not getting water properly since one year and absolutely there is no response from either local office or from call centre. We have lodged many complaints to local office verbally and by call centre. But there is at least no action of response. When ever we call, your officials are telling some of the other reasons. So we would like to know for what reason we are paying the water bill for this many days even for not using we don't understand. The total line itself very very low water supply for many of houses.

Kindly just look in to this and try to give us a possible solution.
