Refund for cancelled train

Dear Sir,

Ihad booked one railway 3AC ticket (Rs. 1871/-) for two in tatkal quota in Shivganga exp (2560) from new delhi to allahabad jn on 20/01 for journey on 21/01. Transaction ID-0177184112 & PNR No:201955057. Unfortunately train was cancelled due to heavy fog and we booked another train ticket at same day to kanpur and boarded for same. I filed TDR for cancelled train refund on 27/01. I also contacted and emailed IRCTC 3-4 times and they also replied through mails that the refund was under process. Now in DEC, one email is sent to me that my reason for TDR filing was not ok and remarks given by IRCTC on my login page is 4540-NRBSB/1 Time Barred. The case is repudiated.

After that I contacted IRCTC customer care once again and they suggested me to put another mail to reopen the case.

So, I request you to take corrective actions & help to get my refund.
