To Whomsoever It May Conern

I am resident of gali number 3, Sant Nagar, Karol Bagh and the sewer outside my house is blocked for more than 15 days. Due to this, the dirty water is flowing on the street and making the place unhighgenic to live. Kindly do the needful.
