Consignment not delivered

I have not received consignment. The man came named Dharmendra without intimation despite Mob no mentioned with them, premised locked found. I request him to come next day. He Rudely spoken without giving me docket no and company who sent parcle. Next day i asked to deliver consignment. he talked naunsence and give me address of DTDC and asked me to go and collect your consignment.

I am very much upset with their behaviour.
