Not delivering gift

Dear sir/mam,

I booked a gift via GiftsToIndiaPlaza which they assured will deliver by 11 aug. still not delivered & they are not responding. Gorgeous Ladies Handbag & Rocher Box are the products i buyed worth Rs 1448. Please take some strict action or suggest me what can i do to take my value back as they are not even responding to my call.
