I have bought two Godrej Kreation wardrobes from your Abids Showroom in Hyderabad (vide Order No.136611 & 136654) and they were also installed on site on 22nd and 23rd Dec (vide Installation Call No.545276). However it was found by your installers that one of the locks was defective while one of the handles was missing. This was promptly reported to you by your people. Ever since I have been calling Mr. Darius Jannewala at 9246369878 (who is responsible to have the product installed) about these but he says the Company has yet to supply them. Could you have the supply of these items expedited.
