I have ordered a HB headphone with mike compatible with laptop Order no IN1910110313. This entity is yet to get delivered even after a moth. I have tried calling customer care contact 91-80-49091234 several times but got reply after 15 mins of "waiting" that we are unable to contact shipment department. I left with a promise of a call back within 2 hours for last 5 days.
I am ready to sacrifice my order value but I am giving heads up to fellow shopper to avoid indiaplaza.com for online shopping.
