Not delivered my ordered goods for which paid

I am ITBC Member with id: ITBC 08356481. and ordered for a musical CD Pack om 29th November '08

with order No: 080051426 with order value of Rs.- and I sent cheque for the same amount for that Order. Due to some postal problem i have not received that order. But my amount Rs - remained with ITBC. Now my address also changed. I want to get that order.
