I have been purchasing many books, CDS etc from India Today Book Club to gain knowledge, and to get free gifts and hooliday package, Free return round trip, 60 lkhs sweepstake final go, Buy pack of Books and CDs or other prodcuts and Rs 8lks to 60lks you can win..., winning Toyota or Honda cars as they trap common people by sending multiple boruchers and with interest people buy those books or CDs which are lying in Books stores on not sold. I have lost my hard earned money and feel cheated by ITBC.
On 30/03 I was given on Free Holiday package voucher worth Rs.5000 (only in paper) Invoice no. ORA090035788. THEY HAVE GIVEN LIST OF 20-30 HOTELS on Hill stations, Beach resorts which were never available for whole years and I could not get any Holiday Package.
I forgot about that since I was tired making dozens of correspondance on [email][email protected][/email]/ IndiaHotelsReview.com Noida UP but no reply.
2. again on 1st Feb I had purchase a complete Histyory of world book and paid Rs.2199 vide ICICI cheque 016790, I got the book along wih few Britinica CDs and Round Trip Air ticket upto Rs.7000 waiting leaflet.behind the leaflet terms and condition are printed so tinny no one could read it, even with megnifying glasses. some how I claim on line and got Unique code no. and voucher no. IT27731, as instructed I send the fill in form to I had sent India today Holiday Package and Air Ticket Booking Request form by post on 24th April to Premier Sales Promotion PO Box 5042 Bangalore 560001, its nearly 2 months I have not received any Holiday Package voucher nor Air Ticket voucher.
Please let me know to claim these Free Holiday & Round Trip Air ticket. I had purchased books worth Rs.2199 to get these package deal.
If I do not get now I will lodge complaint with consumer forum about these kind of cheating done my India Today Book Club. earlier every day ITBC calls used to come when I told about these kind of cheating in the name of promotions they stopped calling me.
I am not able to contact on your tool free no. 080 4055 4850 hence sending reminder. Scanned copies of voucher is enclosed
remier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. PO BOx no. 5042 Bangalore 560001, there is no response. when I call up on their no. 080-40554870, 011- 400502424 lady mentioned it is Bag it Today and hanged the phone saying worng no. I wrote emails to [email protected] but no reply till date.
Past 5 months I did not get free gifts nor any round trip vourcher... TO TRAP GENERAL PUBLIC TO SELL THEIR PRODCUTS THEY WORK IN UN-ETHICAL WAY.This is not done. I have all proof of documents with me.
