on 03/02 i have bought a tyre-tube set for my splendor plus bike's rear cycle. At that time dealer said me that he will replace the tube if any defect found on it. But whenever i want to fit it in my bike i found that the vol-pin of it was so fitted that it can not be removed. After a few trial to remove, it broken and i can not fit it in the byke.then and there i went to the dealer named " TANTIA TYRE" to replace it. But he did not replace the tube and told me to buy another tube.he told me that he will send it to the company for replacement and if company will replace it then i can get my money back other wise nothing to do. So i am requesting you to take necessary observation so that i can get my money back. My complaint reference no. is 10161
