Not replying the mail or not attending the phone call

I m trying to contact India Today Book Club for my holiday voucher of 5000. as per the terms i have fill up the document & couriered to India Today Book Club.

But i m not getting any reply from them for next procedure.

Day time number is busy & evening time time is close please help me.
