Dear sir,

Myself jitenda kumar maholia, i am using vodafone connection (9549699995), after use i felt that i am not comfortabl with vodafone, so i decided to submited all outstanding amount (4692/-) and after that i spoke to customer care about deactiovation he told me No. will be deactive within 48 hours,

But few days back we got vodofone bill, 598/- i shocked and call again to customer care he told me its now actived so pls suggest to me why should i pay outstanind amount,

Pls resolve my problem
