Non Refund of Balance

Sir / Madam,

I was given a gift voucher (48476048) by Country Club. I used it to stay at their Cochin Resort during 1st week of May. To confirm online, I had to pay Rs.3000 as basic charges and a further Rs.3000 towards food. My bill came to less than Rs.2000. The original bill has been sent to their office, no duplicate bill was given to me. When I contacted the local office in Bangalore for refund of the balance amount, I was asked to contact the head office at Hyderabad. Inspite of 10 - 15 calls to their head office, there has been no action taken. Emails sent, return with an automated reply.

The service was bad and amenities were pathetic.

I request the public to NEVER ACCEPT VOUCHERS from COUNTRY CLUB nor suggest anybody the same.
