I had lodged a complaint against India Today Book Club before 2-3 months. They called me after 1 month after the complaint was lodged and told that they will refund the full amount which I paid to them at the time of booking. But till now they didn't refund any amount to me. So you are kindly requested to help me. For your information I've pasted the complaint text below.

Dear Sir,
I had got a email from 'bagittoday' stating "REWARD FOR YOU- ENJOY YOUR HOLIDAY AT JUST RS. 1000/DAY, Enjoy 7 Nights / 8 Days stay in premium resorts* Anywhere in the world for just Rs 7000" on 19.02.2011. I contacted to the company via enquiry form which was attached to such email. I got a call from such fraud company on 07.03.2011 and there was some Uday Partap Singh on line. He told the same things as I got in the mail and also told that this offer is for Four Adult people and I would get 2 double bed rooms for seven days. I was convinced to buy the package and I bought the package and paid the amount via IVR system through the credit card for Rs 7000 on 07.03.2011. After some days I got the booking form via courier. My order number was 346421 via invoice no TRNPL/DLI/10-11/327715 invoice dated 08.03.2011. Company allotted me the Membership no. BIT110136912. I was also allotted the unique number '1456912117715' to claim the special offer. I was very happy to get this offer. I made a Demand Draft No 731267 on dated 15.03.2011 for Rs 750.00 in favor of Affordable Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, payable at Delhi as service charges for booking the resort at Goa and posted it to the company's address.
My happiness disappeared when I began to call to the company's customer care number. First I didn't get any response by phone. When I tried the phone for so many times, a person came on the line and told that they are confirming the booking from the hotel and I would be informed with in 1-2 days. Then I tried to call again to the company's customer care no 0120- 6182100, but I had not any kind of response. After that I called to Mr Uday Partap Singh on 097114 27810, who had sold me the offer. He picked the phone and he told that he will take care of me. I didn't get any response from him also. I tried him on phone for so many times, but no response. Till now I'm continuously trying to get in touch with those fraud people, but failed.
Today I got to know that there is online consumer court. So I decided to lodge the complaint on Consumer Court. So you are kindly request to help me and save other people from this cheater company. The address of the company is as follows:
