NON RECEIPT OF REFUND AMOUNT ON CANCELLATTION OF AIR TICKET

I have booked the airticket on internet through Travel Agent

" AKBARTRAVELSONLINE.COM" I st Floor, 62, Jhanjikar Street, Mumbai-400003 Tel. no. 91 22 39816262 . Ticket was booked for sector JAMMU to MUMBAI for travel date 16.02.2010 by airlines GOAIR ; PNR -4ASYG1 Payment of the ticket was made by use of PNB Debit Card. The agent have allotted me order no. AO13307931 Subsequently I have cancelled the Ticket by me intimating directly to the Airlines GO AIR on 16.02.2010.

I have sent several mails to the Agent for non receipt of refund amount and also talked over telphone. But sometime they say that refund is under process and sometimes inform that Amount is already sent to your bank account. But no detail/ certificate from Bank is provided to me so that I may take up the matter with my Bank as I have not received any credit of refund amount in my account till date.

I have also sent them copy of receipt of payment made on 15.02.2010 for booking of air ticket.

Till date I have not received any satisfactory reply from the Agent.
