We are a regular client of dtdc, on Wednesday 8/12/10 (cn no.—z244316382) we sent a courier to our jaipur client which contains some important import related document.
The Jaipur office mishandled the same and not delivered to the consignee. The delivery detail doesn’t contains any receiver’s name or contact number which I can find through internet and we are not getting even a proper reply from Jaipur DTDC office.
But in the mean time our client is paying heavy damage for not removing the shipment from port.
