I purchased a samsung mobile phone on 10/05 from ITBC but they are not delever the same. Then i cancelled my order on 14/06 the purchase value is Rs-14998/ Up to till date they are not return my amount. Please suggest me how to i file a case in consumer court against ITBC . the amount will be debit by my credit card. The vender is -LIVING MEDIA.I file case in name of living media OR ITBC Please suggest? Can I file case in local court also?
