I have booked a cab from my office to home on Friday night. When I request for the bill driver has no proper bill. So requested the dotcabs to send me a soft copy of the bill to my mail id. The person told that it will take 48Hrs to send a bill to my mail id. Monday I again called them asked, they are again telling it will take another 24Hrs.

I again called on tuesday and requested they are again telling 24hrs.

This looks, their negligence. So I am planning to book a complaint against them.
