Delay of Baggage

Hello,

I travelled from Newyork (USA) to Bangalore (INDIA) via Dubai in emirates airline on 16th Jan. I reached in Bangalore in 17th Jan early morning. But i did not receive my luggage till date. When i checked with airline, no proper response is given. It's been a five days since i reach india but luggage is not reached to me.

I am facing lot of trouble as i am missing all immeadiate requirement items which require for day to day life and office use. I requested for componsation for the same till my baggage reaches to me. But airline is not ready to give any componsation. This is absolutely in justice to me..

I don't know how to deal with this now. Please help.

I am ready to provide the documents if required..
