NO REFUND FOR E-TICKET CANCELLATION against PNR No.2108241527 & 2210883406" after 5 months

I am Santosh Kr., I made two e-ticket dt.09-07 & 16-09 against PNR No.2108241527 & 2210883406, Trans. ID 0228880746 & 0252553788. But First e-ticket not travel for my personal reason & Second e-ticket not travel for train late above three hours reasons. Two e-ticket TDR filed on 17-07 & 19-09 Rs.1280.00.

So no any refund received by my after 5 (five) Months. and I send the e-mail approx 10 times but no any reply. please their reason to confirm me and refund amount credit our bank earliest as per possible.

I requested to you please refund our amount earliest & oblige.
