India Today Book Club
False commitment

I had bought a digicam from India Today Book Club this January. Then, I got a call on 8th April and the person said that I am now secured to get a confirm prize between 1 lakh & 5 lakh. But this will be possible only if I buy a product (Samsung Omnia, Philips Home Theatre or Spice mobile). I bought spice mobile. Then he promised me that I'll get a confirmed prize.

Now, today on 14th April (just after 6 days i bought Spice mobile) I got another call that I'll get a sureshot prize woth 5.4 lakh only if buy a samsung Omnia phone.

This is 100% cheating. Whom to complain about this?
