Delayed/ Damaged Baggage

Hello,

I am Rashi Priya Phd Student at National Center of Biological Science, Bangalore. I just landed in US on3rd April and didnt got my baggage and for 3 days no reply from the airlines. They found the bad lying in franfurt. I got my bag in damaged condition.

When i asked them for the claim so the answer was sir no claim for the damaged handle.they also have not compensated for the 3 days delay.

How will this airline gain customer and continue to generate revenue.
