I travelled Delhi to Singapore on 17 January. At Singapore airport I found my luggage was missing. My all the clothes, documents & daily need things was in same bag. I complaint on Lost & found counter on Changi airport Singapore. Several times I call to air India about same but there was no positive response. I suffered 3 days in a single pair clothes. After that I purchased 2 pair clothes up to 400 $sing.
23rd January I came back and contact personally to baggage services, there was no update with them. I called them several times every day; they suggest me to come on 26th January to collect my bag. At 26th January they told- my bag was sent to Singapore by mistake and Mr. A.K Singh promised me it will come back in two days. Today is 1st February still they have no update and giving me wrong status every time. I really very harassed about this
