I'm Abhishek Tiwari, had booked a ticket for paa for 11 am 6th dec on book my show through booking id srgp0000023553. The person at counter (nilesh) denied to give the tickets and asked for payment. When told that payment has been made through net banking he asked to produce card. I made a complaint to book my show customer care exe. ALBERT from cinema. When Albert tried to speak to the person at counter he denied. Since I was not given the tickets I requested them to refund my money I have written to book my show for refund and they have registered my complaint throgh ticket id 177534. But there is no responce for last 4 days when contacted their customer care on 10/12 the executive is saying that they have forwarded the complaint to the cinema authorities and waiting for responce but are not offering any solution.
Request you to help me get my hard earned money back.
