I have bought a reabok shirt from bagittoday.com. I have paid the money 400 Rs. I have done this on september 3rd 2010. The bagittoday is still not given me the item which i paid for. I have tried to call them a number of times. Sometimes they take and say it is done we will send you it by tomorrow. Sometimes they just cut the call, after i wait for a long introduction to select each option to speak to custom care.
Following are the detail of my order.
Once i have got a mail from them by saying to contact them. But their mailbox never works as i get failure message and their custom care stutus is as explained above. Please do something for this.
