Non receipt of order afte

I have purchased Riddhi ear rings on 11 Mar vide Billing ID 1003560835 by credit card pmt. After 56 days I have not got my order. Several times I talked/complained to customer care and they always told that your order will be dispached in 02-03 days. I am unable to understand whats going on.
