Non receipt/non confirmation of order after 25 days

I have ordered for Bata purse and north star watch combo offer on 11 Apr by billing id 1005032200 by credit card payment but till date it has not been received by me. I called three times customer care and came to know this order has not been punched. Every time I call them, they make a complain and give me one complain number. I am unable to understand what these people are doing.
