Regarding Membership number ITBC09196276.Order no 997707595
I have placed an order of Reebok track suit size L but received XL.
The whole online ordering system is faulty.
Firstly the size is not indicated in the shopping cart. SecondlyI tried to contact customer service immediately after placing order but then they said get back after 3 days.
Now I recieve the consignment with th faulty size.
The customer service dept is also highly inefficient. Firstly they tell me to return the consignment for the replacement. (This communication has been going on since 3-4 days)...
JAN-5
"We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. With reference to your mail we request you that kindly receive your order once and after that kindly send the track suit back to us and we will arrange the replacement against the same."
When I finally ask them how to return it, they tell me&-
JAN-10
"Please ignore the previous mail. With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that the order which you had placed you have received the same. Now it’s not possible for us to change the same."
This is highly ridiculous. How can u turn back on ur own commitment.?
I think the book club has just become a means of pushing unsaleable goods to the customer without any regards to his needs. THIS IS DAMAGING THE BRAND EQUITY OF INDIA TODAY GROUP.
