I am Raj Kumar from Roorkee. I recently purchased Hp Pavalion laptop on 17 feburary having model no. N-DV6 3055 tx, serial no. INA 036044x. I have also registered myself on Hp website, to enjoy all facilities, my registration code for this is 2597012.As I came to know that on this particular model an offer was given to all customer, due to some reason I was not able to get ma offer pack. To know about my offer package i mailed Hp help center. But still i did'nt got any satisfactory reply.
