Goods delivered was not the same as the order and of less price as per invoice complaint registered on15.4.2008
Goods were returned as per as requested by the company and postage was paid by me
I have given my delivery address also on 24.4.2008
Repeatedly contacted the company over phone and email lost time and telephone charge
Service agents became hostile and directed me to so many persons I had to repeat the same story to so many persons
they have admitted that they have received my package back but they have not yet sent replacement
Their reply is always like:
Your valuable association with the India Today Book Club means a lot to us.
Assure you of our best possible services always.

But they are very harsh when complaints are made. They make me hold the line for a very long time. I am losing time, money and patience.
Please do the necessary to solve my problems, and the harassment suffered by me is paid back
