my friend send me a parcel from delhi around 7th nov and till date 1st dec.. i didnt receive it.consigement no... z01310023 i called the dtdc office in goa[panaji branch] and they are saying THEY LOST THE PARCEL.is this type of service ya provide to customers??? first time it happened to me like this. please note this!! hope ya dont repeat in future.my parcel is gone thanks to u people...
